Teen Fitness

Teen Fit classes are the perfect way for kids aged 12-16 to get comfortable in the gym while learning the basics of working out and strength training. With small groups of up to 8, these sessions are led by an exercise scientist and designed to build confidence, improve strength, and make fitness fun!
