Teen Fitness

Teen Fit classes are the perfect way for children aged 12 – 16 to get comfortable in the gym.

A great way to access and learn how to use the gym equipment correctly.

Teen Fit classes aim to introduce the adolescent gym user to various elements in the gym. We aim to teach and challenge them from a strength and conditioning perspective, build confidence whilst having some fun at the same time.
