Aqua Exercise

Our aqua exercise classes are a safe, supportive way to build strength, mobility, and fitness

— without putting stress on your joints.

Held in our purpose-built hydrotherapy pool, these group sessions are led by trained professionals and designed to support a wide range of needs, including injury recovery, chronic conditions, and general wellbeing.

Unlike traditional aqua aerobics, our classes focus on controlled resistance-based movement — using the natural properties of water (buoyancy and resistance) to enhance strength and stability while reducing impact.

Exercises can be adapted to your level, with the instructor adjusting movements to suit your pace and ability.
