Hot Spa
& Cold Plunge

Simple tools. Real recovery.

Our recovery zone offers an easy, effective way to reduce soreness, calm the nervous system, and reset after a big day or a tough training session. You don’t need to be an elite athlete to benefit — just someone who wants to feel better in their body.

Cold Plunge (~7˚C)

Short, sharp, and incredibly effective.

Our dedicated cold plunge sits at 7°C — cold enough to activate circulation, reduce inflammation, and kickstart recovery. Even just 1–3 minutes of immersion can make a difference in muscle recovery, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Perfect for:
  • Reducing muscle soreness and fatigue
  • Boosting mood and alertness
  • Building mental resilience

Hot Spa (~36–38°C)

Warm, restorative, and deeply calming.

Our hot spa helps ease tight muscles, improve blood flow, and support full-body relaxation. It’s a powerful tool for winding down — physically and mentally.

  • Improving circulation
  • Supporting nervous system recovery

Try

Contrast Bathing

Hot–Cold Recovery

Alternating between hot and cold pools (contrast bathing) helps flush the system, stimulate circulation, and support faster recovery. It’s also an incredible tool for stress relief and nervous system reset.

How it works:

  1. Start in the hot spa for 5–10 minutes,
  2. then switch to the ice bath for 1–3 minutes.
  3. Repeat 2–3 rounds.

You’ll feel the difference — sharper, lighter, calmer.

Compression
Boots

Leg recovery made easy.

Whether you’re recovering from training, managing fatigue, or simply on your feet all day — our compression boots offer a simple, effective way to reduce muscle soreness, swelling, and heaviness in the legs.

Using dynamic air compression, the boots apply gradual pressure to help:
  • Boost circulation
  • Support lymphatic drainage
  • Relieve tight, tired muscles
  • Flush out metabolic waste like lactic acid

Sessions run for 20–30 minutes, and you can sit back, relax, and let the boots do the work.

Infrared Sauna

Our infrared sauna uses Solace Vantage full-spectrum technology to deliver a deeply restorative experience that supports recovery, circulation, detoxification, and nervous system regulation.

Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the air, infrared saunas use light to gently warm the body from within — allowing for targeted benefits at the muscular, metabolic, and cellular level.

With adjustable temperatures between 40°C and 65°C, each session can be tailored to your needs.
