Our Active Adults program is designed specifically for those in their senior years who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident. Led by allied health experts, these small group Gym and Pilates sessions focus on balance, strength, mobility, and safe movement — all in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Why Active Adults?
Staying active as you age doesn’t need to be intimidating — and it certainly shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.
The Active Adults program is tailored to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re managing arthritis, recovering from an injury, or just wanting to stay on your feet longer, we provide movement that feels good and builds confidence.
What we offer:
- Small group Clinical Pilates classes (physio-led)
- Gym based Group exercise programs – small or large group
Focus on strength, balance, coordination, and joint-friendly movement
Individualised attention within a social setting
Exercises tailored to your capacity and health history
Safe, supervised sessions
Claimable on private health (where eligible)
Who It’s For:
This program is ideal for adults aged 60+ who want to improve strength, stay mobile, reduce falls risk, and maintain independence. You don’t need experience — we’ll guide you through it step-by-step in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Getting Started
To join the Active Adults program, you’ll start with a one-on-one assessment with one of our exercise physiologists. This ensures we understand your goals, any limitations, and how to best support you before joining a group class.
Bookings can be made by calling the clinic directly or via our website.
