AEPs are university-qualified allied health professionals who specialise in exercise prescription for chronic conditions, injuries, and rehabilitation.

2. When should I refer a patient?

Refer patients with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart disease), musculoskeletal injuries, mental health concerns, or those needing post-surgical or cancer rehab.
