We offer two distinct Pilates streams – CLINICAL PILATES and STUDIO PILATES, both designed to improve strength, stability, and control in a safe, supportive environment.
Studio Pilates
Fitness based Pilates classes
Studio Pilates is ideal for clients seeking a fitness-based workout that refines strength, flexibility, and movement control. Held in the Fitness Lab Studio, classes are guided by experienced instructors with a strong understanding of movement mechanics and form.
Each session is unique and delivered in a small group setting of up to 12 people. We offer three distinct class styles — Reform, Athletic, and Power — all suitable for a range of fitness levels.
Prefer individual attention? One-on-one Studio Pilates sessions are also available — perfect if you’re new to reformer beds or want a customised training experience.

Power Pilates
A strength-focused class that targets the full body while incorporating resistance training. Designed to tone muscles, burn fat, and build endurance, this class emphasises core strength, power and body control. May use heavier hand weights and resistance bands for extra challenge and hold the moves for a longer burn.
Athletic Pilates
A high-intensity fun class combining cardio elements with Pilates principals. Focuses on burning calories, improving cardiovascular endurance, and toning the body. Incorporates dynamic movements and continuous flow to keep the heart rate elevated while strengthening muscles. Perfect for those seeking a calorie-burning workout. Tramps and weights most likely to be used. Great for team workouts.
Reform Pilates
A class that combines fluid movements with toning exercises. Emphasises Pilates patterns, breath work, and foundation movements to create balanced workout that stretches and strengthens the body. Ideal for those seeking an engaging and effective all-round workout.
