Intervals are designed for those people who are looking at developing and increasing their cardio fitness reserves. Using any one of the Fitness Lab machines, participants will be working against the clock to maintain their maximal aerobic speed. This class is perfect for those people looking for variety to their normal cardio workout, those looking to add cross training and those wanting to improve their cardio.

TURBO TUESDAY
Challenging, supportive, and results-driven – start your day strong with group S&C. Each 6-week block uses progressive overload, tracked in an app, and blends conditioning, strength, and power work. This class is designed to build strength, athletic performance, and improve your wellbeing.
Resistance training
Get Strong
Resistance training is something we should all be doing. This class will take the participant through the main movement patterns and targets all of the main muscle groups. Targeted towards those people who are either new into the gym, are looking to get back into the gym or are wanting to build strength in readiness to train for their sport. This program targets strength development and is the ideal precursor for a more targeted approach to training.
