I am a student of the game of fitness and a competitive athlete ranging from multiple sports.

I have competed in swimming at state level and relay at national where I have won multiple gold medals. I am a boxing and CrossFit enthusiast, but my bread and butter is in bodybuilding/body composition, where I was a division state champion twice and medallist in the ICN world championships.

I live and breathe the art of body composition and have extensive knowledge in this area, and a great passion for it. At 22 years young there is nothing that I put my clients through that I have not done myself. It brings me great joy to see my clients build confidence and develop the physiques they have always dreamed of.
