About Us

A new Era

More than just a Gym

Step through the doors at Fitness Lab and your whole perception of health and fitness will change. You’ll notice our fitness centre does not have the traditional gym feel. Non-threatening, all-inclusive, and accessible, our dedicated space makes stepping into fitness easy

Fitness Lab is a new 470sqm gymnasium located on the first floor of the Geelong Sports Medicine Centre (GSMC) – a purpose-built rehabilitation facility that will service Geelong and the Southwest region of Victoria.

LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED

Founded by our team of allied health, and fitness experts, Fitness Lab was created due to the lack of current offerings in the area.  We found a great deal of the community was being left out with most sports health and rehab gyms only catering to certain age groups & fitness levels.    We also wanted to provide Geelong with the latest in state of art fitness equipment and programs that normally are only available in elite sporting clubs or community hospitals.

Exercise Scientist and high performance

I am a student of the game of fitness and a competitive athlete ranging from multiple sports.

I have competed in swimming at state level and relay at national where I have won multiple gold medals.
I am a boxing and CrossFit enthusiast, but my bread and butter is in bodybuilding/body composition, where I was a division state champion twice and medallist in the ICN world championships.

I live and breathe the art of body composition and have extensive knowledge in this area, and a great passion for it. At 22 years young there is nothing that I put my clients through that I have not done myself. It brings me great joy to see my clients build confidence and develop the physiques they have always dreamed of.
