Iyengar Yoga

A precise, alignment-based practice that uses props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters to support the body in each pose. Ideal for those recovering from injury or anyone wanting to build strength, stability, and postural awareness with attention to detail.

Hatha Yoga

A traditional, slower-paced style that blends breathwork, gentle movement, and stillness. Hatha is calming, grounding, and ideal for improving flexibility, balance, and focus at your own pace.
